Team In Training (TNT), The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) groundbreaking charity sports training program, has reached a remarkable milestone of raising $1 billion to support blood cancer research and patient services.
Monday 11/16/2009: 45 Minutes XT (Cross Train)
Tuesday 11/17/2009: 45 Minute Interval Warm up 10 minutes, go 3 minutes hard start to finish. Go easy for 2 minutes. 5 sets. 10 minute cool down.
Wednesday 11/18/2009: 45 Minutes XT
Thursday 11/19/2009: 45 Minute Tempo run. Warm up for 10 minutes. Then go at what can be described as a “comfortably hard” effort for 25 minutes. 10 minute cool down.
Friday 11/20/2009: OFF
Saturday 11/21/2009: 170 Minutes EZ 6:30 AM Lake Beresford Park (flashlights optional)
The National Honor Society of Spruce Creek High School sponsored me for $100.
This secures the NHS an ad-spot on my head during the Walt Disney World Marathon in January.
